Tired of annoying robocalls? Sue! It worked for one gal. The FCC is too and says you don't have to deal with them. The tables were turned on a bill collectors and now it's them that must pay the customer. Time Warner Cable owes a woman $229,500 in a cellphone robocalls lawsuit reported Reuters July 7. TWC called Araceli King, of Irving, Texas 153 times using an auto-generated "Interactive Voice Response" (IVR) system. Calls were made in an attempt to collect on cable bills owed. However King was not the party who owed.
