TWC called Araceli King, of Irving, Texas 153 times using an auto-generated "Interactive Voice Response" (IVR) system. Calls were made in an attempt to collect on cable bills owed. However King was not the party who owed. The robocalls were meant for a Luiz Perez who'd once had a phone with the same number.
