I've read posts where users were surprised when random users liked their posts. That's the point of online content sites, however, to attract readers from the larger internet (beyond our cozy group). So how do you get content to index on the internet? There are legitimate ways and some that exploit search engines. Both will get page views, but the exploitation is dangerous.
